Spinach Ricotta Ravioli

Are you sick of my homemade ravioli posts yet?

Semolina pasta with a spinach and ricotta filling and a simple thyme butter sauce over the top.

How could we ever be sick of anything that looks that good??

Do you have the recipe for the sauce? They look beautiful, it's nice to see such appreciation for cooking. I was planning on making homemade spinach/ricotta ravioli tonight and I was looking for a nice sauce. Thyme butter, yum, and I have fresh thyme growing. Thanks for the inspiration!

Unfortunately I don't have an exact recipe. All I do is melt salted-butter over low heat and then add a tiny bit of olive oil and fresh thyme leaves. I let it sit on the stove while I cook the ravioli so the thyme has a minute to infuse the sauce. I usually drizzle a little sauce on the plates, put rav's on top, and then a little more sauce on top. Sprinkle with salt/pepper to taste. Did that help?
