Cheesesteak

Chances of finding a good cheesesteak in SC are pretty slim, so tonight we made some of our own. We shaved sirloin steaks and then used the wok like a grill. With fried onions and american cheese, yum.

What seasonings did you use for this recipe? I was looking for the recipe and I couldn't find it....It just looks sooo good!

- On a griddle brown shaved beef (minute steaks) and onions.
- Add a slice or two of american cheese and salt/pepper. Once cheese starts to melt, stir mixture to distribute the cheese and then plop onto a long roll.
- add ketchup if desired.
