Lamb Marinade
Blend in a food processor:
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 small tomato
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp chili powders
1/2 tsp cumin
2 whole dried chilis
Add fresh rosemary and oregano
Marinate lamb should chops for at least four hours, grill, and the cut into bite size pieces.
