breakfast on the fly

On weekend mornings I usually assume the role of sous chef since C is the the king of breakfast. At first it was just peppers and eggs (picture 1), but I kept chopping and C kept cooking... and before we knew it we had skillets going with peppers, onions, potatoes, garlic, eggs, and all sorts of good smells coming from the kitchen...

Looks yummy! If any body knows about breakfast it's Craig. It looks even better than "all the way"! (we had bran for breakfast)

This kind of cooking is underrated. Does it not make you wonder why people pay $15 for a mediocre breakfast at Denny's?

Kevin - I agree... and here I don't even have to brush my hair, put on shoes, or have my coffee get cold waiting for it to be topped off.
