Yep, I was telling Craig that. I'm not sure if I invented it, but I remember us making that at home.
I want to know if you had a training pan-before the griddle, last week end I made pancakes on the new griddle pan Rick bought and I lost 2 of the over the side when I tried to flip'em.
Craig is the designated flipper around here. Mine usually wind up over the side or just folded in half like an omlet.
