Eating In: Intro

After reading and enjoying the many food blogs out there, I have decided to start my own. This blog is a way for me to share not only my love of all things food (& wine) related, it's also a way to keep in touch with the family and friends who have helped shape my cooking/eating philosophies.

I think Clotilde of Chocolate & Zucchini said it best...

"It boils down to this : I love food. The shopping, the looking, the talking, the reading, the thinking, the planning, the preparing, the cooking, the baking, the tasting, the plating, the serving, the sharing, and of course, the eating."
