Note to Self:
Before ordering another "italian sub" in South Carolina, please read the menu carefully to make sure this one does not include bologna.

    Bologna??? They should have at least used Mortadella!

    I am a Californian transplanted to Arkansas several years ago. I've had occasion to search for mortadella more than once since I've been here and no one even knew what I was talking about!

    Everything is a "regional" version in the south :)
